## Sukhavati Testnet & Mainnet
1. Added function of create Burnt transaction
2. Added function of create UTXO consolidation transaction
3. Added function of automated UTXO consolidation
4. Added support for future Burnt UTXO consolidation
5. Added more strict rules for extended UTXO classes
6. Fixed a wrong classification of extended UTXO
7. Fixed a missing check caused by Instruction Tx Pool refactoring
8. Fixed an issue that caused block sync to fail to complete
9. Fixed wrong directory permissions
10. Fixed an incorrect number precision issue in logs
11. Added more test cases for Fullnode/Farmer/Harvester
12. Finished testing of Burnt transactions
13. Finished testing of automated UTXO consolidation
14. Testnet 3C and Testnet 4 have ended
15. Testnet 4 has been upgraded to Mainnet Beta
16. Analyzing the Governance params of Mainnet Beta

1. Added function of automated UTXO consolidation. Enabled by default
2. Added function of Crosschain Transfer
3. Updated parsing logic in transaction history
4. Updated some prompt text
5. Fixed a problem in keystore export
