## Sukhavati Testnet
1. Added more complete validation of Block Timestamp and PoS Slot
2. Added resend function for Pending Transactions
3. Added dynamic adjustment of log level
4. Added peer client version in p2p broadcast
5. Added different chain tag for different testnets
6. Refactored the Instruction Transaction Pool of Fullnode
7. Updated the Coinbase Tx flag
8. Fixed the problem of inconsistent state caused by Governance config when long fork occurs
9. Increased the block sync timeout parameter according to the actual performance of Testnet 3C
10. Fixed multiple problems in peer connections on Testnet 3C
11. Increased the P2P discover db version
12. Updated the Fullnode config sample
13. Adding more test cases for key parts of Fullnode/Farmer/Harvester
14. Finished the upgrade of Testnet 3C
15. The Testnet 4 has now started
## Sukhavati Wallet
1. Added a prompt when the chain data path does not exist
2. Optimized the start-up process of GUI Wallet
3. Optimized the hints of insufficient balance
4. Fixed the error in the display of transaction fee
5. Fixed the data refreshing lag of Wallet Page
