The Sukhavati Network — The Nodes and Their Functions
Sukhavati Network is a decentralized cloud service focused on storage. It creates an access gateway that is fully decentralized and compatible with both Web 3.0 and Web 2.0 storage ecosystems.
How?
Using the storage layer of the Sukhavati network and the computing capabilities of nodes, the gateway provides unified data storage, retrieval, and management services that meet the requirements for all Web 3.0 applications.

Consensus Node
This is the only node in the first stage of Sukhavati network. It is used to establish, maintain, and secure the foundation of the network that is the “consensus layer”.
The consensus node also functions as a value transfer model, an economic incentive model, and supports the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), activating the decentralized governance of the network.
Storage Node
This node is to provide a Storage Layer for the Sukhavati Network. When a storage node accepts data, it replicates it, calculates the data checksum, seals the data, and submits the result to the blockchain using a pledged collateral.
Large-scale data such as climate data, genetic sequence data, large multimedia files, machine learning data, artificial intelligence, etc. used by research institutions can be stored on the network using online transactions and offline transmission.
Application Node
The application nodes which are upgrades from the storage nodes provide local trusted computing and network transmitting capabilities.
This is a unique computing service provided by the Sukhavati network that can complement smart contracts in real-life application scenarios like the updating of the State of the global ledger.
Application nodes can flexibly price their computing and network transmitting services independent of other nodes.
Sukhavati DAO
The entire Sukhavati network will be governed by its DAO permitting decentralized governance.
This governance platform allows any community member to propose a network development path or adjusting model parameters at different stages of the network and allows stakeholders to participate in discussion and governance. Every decision is taken based on the voting rate.
It creates a unified community and smooth evolution of the Sukhavati network.
Senate Nodes
This role is limited and awarded to groups or persons in the community for contributing significant resources to the network or help in developing the network at critical points.
The Senate nodes write proposals and supervise the healthy development of the Sukhavati network.
Senate nodes are responsible for maintaining the security of the network by investigating any suspicious activity.
For Sukhavati Network to meet its ultimate goal of a decentralized cloud service network, each node must play its role at different stages. Without proper execution of these nodes, there will be no goodbye to expensive applications, high storage costs, and excessive computing power.
