## Sukhavati Mainnet & Testnet
1. Added real-time status sync for peers
2. Added the function of Static Peer
3. Added some VDF related logs to help locate problems
4. Added more detailed consensus logs
5. Updated the configuration of NTP server
6. Updated consensus rules, now more tolerant to time drift
7. Optimized P2P related logs
8. Fixed a problem in PoT
9. Fixed a block syncing problem found in Testnet 3C
10. Started regression testing of the new version
## Sukhavati Wallet
1. Updated some prompt text
2. Updated the release process on Windows platform
3. Started testing of Locking related functions
