TECHNICAL PROGRESS
## Sukhavati Devnet & Testnet
1. Economic model mainnet parameters determined, testing in progress.
2. Dynamic unbinding period is added to economic model binding mining rules.
3. Locking extension is added to the economic model locking mining rules.
4. Locking mining rules modified, users can now initiate unlocking by themselves.
5. PoT and Timelord integration with consensus process completed.
6. Timelord P2P broadcast development and testing completed.
7. Separate Block Timestamp and PoS Slot.
8. Some VDF related bugs were fixed.
9. Alpha test is in progress.
10. Prepare miner hardwares for testing.
