## Sukhavati Mainnet & Testnet
1. Added new Locking related rules
2. Added a RPC in Fullnode for querying Governance config at current best height
3. Fixed a bug that will break block production process in some special case
4. Fixed a wrong binding rule param in Governance config
5. Fixed an issue in subsidy encoder
6. Fixed an issue in UTXO filter
7. Updated the validation logic for special transaction types
8. Abandoned the Static Peer. Its function has been merged into the Trusted Peer
9. Optimized P2P network efficiency
10. Finished regression testing of the new version
## Sukhavati Wallet
1. Display components in GUI according to Governance config at current height
2. Locking related testing is still in progress
